Chopped Cabbage Salad with Guacamole Dressing

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped chives
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups finely chopped green cabbage
2 chops finely chopped red cabbage
6 ounces multigrain sea salt tortilla chips
Directions
1. In a blender, purée garlic, avocado, oil, walnuts, lime juice, chives, nutritional yeast, and 1/4 teaspoon each of kosher salt and pepper on high until smooth.
2. Transfer the garlic mixture to a large bowl; fold in onions and cabbages. Makes about 4 cups.
3. Serve salad with chips.
